Van Halen is a typey young dressage horse with three good basic gaits, an attractive uphill tendency and pleasant rideability. As a genuine training prospect, he masters his tasks with ease and shows a positive, uncomplicated attitude. His granddam produced five offspring successful in competition, including Chirpetto by Conteur, a winner at St. Georg level with Dr. Margit Christiansen. The direct dam line also produced the licensed stallions Wimbledon by Wolkentanz and What a Feeling by Wolkentanz, successful at advanced level with Christoph Kleimeyer.
