Vendaval can be described as impressive in his physical development, yet all the easier to handle, more balanced in temperament, and radiating even greater confidence. After a short acclimation period, even less experienced riders will be able to utilize his obvious talent: a calm, cadenced trot with plenty of reach in the forehand. Proven in competition and absolutely honest, he remains calm and focused in his work, even in unfamiliar surroundings. Since the age of four, the ten-year-old Vendaval has been in the possession of his rider and has been continuously trained by her up to medium-level competitions. Only in 2025 did his rider’s family planning require a break; she only returned to the saddle of Vendaval for the Verden video appointment. In this special situation, balancing organization and caring for an infant, Vendaval’s character, ease of handling, and reliability were demonstrated in an exemplary way.
