Farouche was bought by his current rider, Kimberly Rühmann, when he was four years old and she broke him in herself. She also took on further training of the eight-year-old chestnut gelding and has currently trained Farouche up to medium (M) level. Farouche also enjoys more advanced, collected lessons and has already learned them in a playful way. He finds flying changes particularly easy, which also allows young and inexperienced riders to ride them. His pleasant ease of riding makes it possible to perform exercises and daily training with the usual snaffle bridle, and he also remains pleasantly easy to ride with a double bridle.
